You are amazed by almost each and everything that is new. Sometimes, you ask questions that even a wizard would shy away from. My childhood was no different, and one big question which I would always ask was how did it all start? I was always intrigued by the mysteries of nature. Sometimes when I walked down to school I would think "God must be a very intelligent person!". Well he really must have been to make everything so perfectly blended....almost a zero defect delivery. Kudos to him! And by far his best creation till date is the human race. The pace at which the human mind has developed is unimaginable. From the ape to the man, it has been a commendable progress. Now you see leaving everything to God is the easiest thing one can do. Thank God, our scientists did not think the same way else we could have never understood our evolution n of course not to forget the Big Bang.....which started it all. Back in school I never really understood the Big bang theory. For me it only made sense in the final exams to get good marks, maybe because I really did not understand the great history of science.

As per current theories the universe and along with it the earth was created from the big bang. From there life originated and evolved as explained beautifully by Darwin. He was the one who gave us insight into our mysterious past. And after years of toiling hard and striving to survive, the human beings came into existence. Today, the human mind has evolved to such an extent that it is capable of doing almost anything and everything it wishes to. Now does that mean we have reached the end of ecological evolution and there is nothing beyond the supreme power of the Homo sapiens? If we think so, which most of us would agree it would mean that evolution has come to a standstill? After all, theory of evolution states that it is the survival of the fittest and today we are proficient enough to make things perfect for us. Rather on a second thought, it might be the end leading towards a new beginning. Man has indeed created a perfect habitat for his survival but at the same time, knowingly or unknowingly he is destroying the same for his selfish needs. We cannot deny the fact that things have already started to change. A lot of speculation has been on about the dooms day, the coming of an ice age. After all who knows this might be true and we all might have to face consequences of nature's fury for all that we have done. I wish we would realize this before it's too late else everything might end as it all started. Life would again prosper again on some far off planet and earth would again be a lifeless planet of the solar system, made completely unfit for life to exist by none other than but the most superior species of all times—the human beings.

That is one thought. Take a break.. have a re assessment. Do we have all the answers? Big Bang after all is only a theory and only one anomaly required to disprove this. Who knows it might just be around the corner. Is Relativity valid? Scientists are already looking for the Holy Grail of Physics, The Theory of Everything. May be it is there to be found in this century. People are looking at Vedic Philosophy for some of these answers. So may be its all cyclic, so beautifully enunciated in the Gita. The point is, for every answer mankind finds thousand more crop up. In all it is never ending business and still an important one.
